People on the Bus

This toddler cracked me up :)
he might be too big for the stroller, but it's hard not to envy someone who's got it all figured out

Making use of public transportation

Contrary to popular belief, there are some advantages to riding the bus all the time...
Like drawing people (while someone else, happily, is in charge of driving!)

Pastels

just letting you know, figure drawing isn't everything I've been doing lately.. it's just that the other stuff isn't so "post-able". I've been studying pastels, so for now it's all just basic exercises:

another way to learn is copying from the masters:  Degas, John Singer Sargent (with an altered palette) and some Klimt :) those guys really knew how lay some color!
